1… All events are filmed and photographed, which means that by registering for it, you allow us to record or photograph you in the crowd for a moment and then use this mini-material for promotional purposes (posts on social networks, advertisements, etc.)
2… Once you have registered for the event and paid your entrance fee, a refund is not possible, unless you purchased the ticket as a natural person and do so within 14 days of purchase.
In the event that you fall ill before the event or cannot attend the event due to force majeure, your purchase price will be transferred as a credit towards the next event or the purchase of one of our higher-priced services (Discovery Workshop, Entrepreneurship Accelerator, Done-For-You marketing services, etc. )
If you happen to attend an event and feel it wasn’t worth the money, let us know within seven calendar days and we’ll refund your money, no questions asked.

FP Podjetniški pospeševalnik
If the company GUARDIAN ENTERPRISES d.o.o. in the course of cooperation with the client in the FP Podjetniški pospeševalnik finds that the client does not participate actively in the program activities and does not make enough effort, the client loses the possibility of a guarantee in the amount of €15,000, and at the same time the company GUARDIAN ENTERPRISES d.o.o. reserves the right to refund money to the customer in the event of inactivity during the program and to prematurely exclude them from the program. Even in this case, the customer is not entitled to the €15,000 guarantee.
In the event that the customer chooses payment in installments, but does not settle his obligations up to the payment currency, the company GUARDIAN ENTERPRISES d.o.o. reserves the right not to return the already settled amount to the customer, and at the same time to exclude the customer from the program at that moment.
FP Podjetniška Akademija
Every customer who makes a purchase of FP Podjetniške Akademije in November 2022, during the Black Friday offer, will receive a discount for the next purchase in the amount of 299 euros + VAT. The customer can redeem the discount when purchasing any of the listed higher-priced products: Discovery Workshop, Mastermind, Done-for-you or Entrepreneurship Accelerator. The customer can benefit from the discount within a period of one year from the purchase of the Black Friday offer for the FP Podjetniško Academy.
FP vebinar
When registering for the FP webinar, the applicant’s phone number is required. Before the FP webinar, the registrant will receive two SMS messages, from which it is not possible to unsubscribe. In the future, the registrant will receive all further SMS communication, from which it will be possible to unsubscribe in each SMS message.
Complaints
All complaints are considered no later than 8 days after the service has been provided.
Online programs
A refund for the purchase of the online program is not possible, except in the event that the participant, after completing the entire training, proves that, despite active participation in the program and implementation of the learned knowledge, he did not receive at least as much value as the price of the program.
In this case, GUARDIAN ENTERPRISES d.o.o. adds the right to return the purchase price to the customer minus the cost of administration, organization and preparations, which amounts to €150.
